I would like to share my experience regarding the interview i had on March 6 2026
The interview was originally set to be conducted by both the Vice President (Head of Touchpoint) and the Associate Vice President (End User Support Specialist). However, only one interviewer attended. Additionally, I waited on the scheduled Zoom call for over an hour without any communication or notification regarding the delay.
When the interview eventually began, it appeared there were ongoing technical issues. I suggested rescheduling to ensure a more productive discussion, but this was declined and we proceeded regardless. Unfortunately, the interview felt disengaged, as the interviewer seemed distracted throughout.
I had taken time off work to prepare and attend this interview, so the lack of communication and overall experience was quite disappointing and felt disrespectful of my time and effort.
