The first time, my interview was canceled with a rejection sent just one day before the scheduled meeting, which was disappointing.
The second time, I completed two interviews. The technical discussion was well-structured and professional. However, the second interview felt unprepared and lacked structure, focusing mostly on general and personal questions rather than role-relevant topics.
After the process, I was advised to “reach out,” despite having already completed formal interviews. The final rejection mentioned that my experience did not match, but no specific feedback was provided, even after requesting it.
Overall, the experience felt inconsistent and lacked clear communication and transparency throughout the process.
