told me to come back in 6 months with exp and they would take me on straight away - never been treated so badly

Very much about getting to know yourself and knowledge of their services and FX as a whole. They were very welcoming and the office was top-tier. Very welcoming reception. If you get a chance to work for them then it should be pursued.
