Very long process, not a lot of follow up after communication. Could definitely be streamlined but seems common within the industry so can’t complain. Typical questions, involves recorded interview, phone interview and in person
Very disorganized feeling. Took forever. Was told id be setup for in person interview after 5 steps and then email saying I wasnt in consideration anymore. Felt like I should have at least gotten a phone call instead of the email but thats business.
Started with a pre-recorded interview and then a few rounds of panels. A lot of time between steps, but the recruiters were responsive and apologized for the delays due to conflicts with the hiring team.
