Quick, three rounds, standard entry-level entertainment industry interview. One interview with the two executives I was supporting, one with the VP I was supporting, and one with the team director and team managers.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Entertainment One (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2018
Interview
After a phone screening, I went in for a 1-on-1 interview with a young HR recruiter. She was nice and welcoming, but didn't seem very knowledgeable about the company nor did she seem to have a lot of experience in the process of interviewing. The interview went well as it was quite informal and the questions very standard. I followed up with an email 10 days later as I was told I would have an answer by then, but never received a reply. I was especially disappointed because I had taken 1 half day off in order to accommodate the recruiter's schedule. The least respect you can give to the candidates is to reply to their email, whether the answer is positive or not. Does not make my want to apply again and I used to really want to work there.

Interview
Typical standard questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. I was asked many questions of my ability to work with difficult people, long hours etc., and would I mind being available basically 24/7
