I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Rome) in Jun 2024
Interview
There were two stages. The first stage involved questions about Swift and iOS development. The second stage was a simple algorithms solving stage. All people involved in the process were incredibly nice and profesional.

Implement cache system; address all edge-cases (most are related to async operations)
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Austin, TX) in Mar 2025
Interview
Contacted by recruiter, chatted with Hiring manager. He liked me and decided to move me forward. Then, final round. First interviewer, very horrible person. Interviews can be stressful and going in with some having this type of attitude doesn’t help. He didn’t introduce himself nor ask who I was, staring down all throughout the interview…
The others were very nice and I was able to get through the questions and even completed the live Swift UI on the other sessions. The worse part, after completing the interview it was silent radio from the recruiter. Even though she emailed about debriefing with the team the next day. I waited a week later to follow up for her to tell me that she doesn’t think I was a strong match.
This is inconsiderate and not appreciating the effort people put into this… you could have just tell me the outcome instead of just ghosting.
I don’t think I would have work with that first interviewer anyway.
