So many red flags!!! The first round with the hiring manager was okay, but afterwards was the sales pitching round to VP of platform sales. They rescheduled on me numerous times and ended up scheduling in the middle of the night over a public holiday and guess what? The VP shows up 45 late and was clearly busy with doing something else and not paying attention. Meanwhile his two subordinates are grilling me over nonsense with their cameras off and trying to justify their boss's lack of professionalism and punctuality on "we want to see how you carry yourself with clients because they can be super busy and late as well," This was not cool at all and we obviously couldn't complete the interview because the VP had to jump on another call and he ended with saying that he wants to see me pitch FICO platform back to him.
So a few days later, the recruiter sends me a 3 page PDF and tells me to prepare a slide and practice for it to which I spend a few days on while they find a new slot because the VP is currently traveling. Several weeks passed and the recruiter went silent ... I had to follow up and they eventually said that I was no longer short listed for the position. Complete waste of my time, effort, and energy.
This was one of the worst interview experiences that I have ever had.

Interview
Online meeting with recruiter, informal and colloquial tone. Pleasing experience but at the very early stages of the process will hear more in a couple of weeks. Up to this point everything standard.
