The interviewers were so friendly and fun; it really felt like we were just having a conversation as opposed to a formal employment interview. They asked basic and casual questions to learn more about my schooling and background, which made for a zero-pressure experience.

Thorough interview process - 3 rounds, online and in person, writing sample, prepared presentation. The team made the process go quite smoothly and was very transparent at each stage. They took me out to lunch during the in-person interview day and were generally extremely cognizant of my time and were very respectful and efficient.

They are very interested in knowing if you understand their business model and how they operate.
