What to do when an irate customer refuses to pay mistaken billing charges?
This was mostly a typical behavioural interview. I was asked to describe my strengths and weaknesses, what I would do in a conflict situation. They also want to make sure you are comfortable in a sales environment (even if you are primarily a CSR) where there is pressure to fulfill sale quota.
