Interview
Made everyone feel comfortable. The managers were very friendly. There was telephonic interview, then the in person interview which lasted for 3 hours as it included various sections. There was in person section, a part where we had to speak on a given topic and the other and the other where we would talk about ourselves.

There are 3 round interviews in total. The first is a phone interview, about 20 minutes. Then face to face interview, with pages of questions and three tests: reading, writing and math. About 40 minutes. Then have the final round interview. Interviewers are nice, polite. But the whole period last pretty long, you should have some patience on waiting the email.
