Flowserve Engineer interview questions

How can I start? One day, their recruiter contacted with me, then I agreed a phone interview date with him. Imagine, the idiot forgot to call me, he forgot the interview! When I called him, he refused my call... Finally somehow I reached him out, and we rescheduled the phone interview. So finally when we had the interview, it was clean he didn't even read my CV. He asked me stupid questions, like if I have industrial experience... (I have 6 years), and he also told me I just can apply for entry level positions, because I do not have relevant experiences... Which is not exactly true and I am also very qualified. So according to him I just can reach Bachelor entry level positions within this company with the lowest engineer salary. Well, thank you, I do not want that plus I refuse this rude behaviour too. Moreover, before the interview I applied to positions and from one position another of their recruiters wrote me an e-mail which I answered immediately, but I never got a reply. Finally it turned out the recruiters (none of them!) didn't get my e-mails, because it always went to "junk mail".... I have a simple e-mail address on gmail, Jesus! What an incompetent company!

The job application was through the company career website, I received a call to set up an interview date. The interview was attended by the supervisor and senior engineer in the department that is recruiting me. HR was involved on the hiring & offer process. The interview was focusing on the technical side of my experience and my knowledge of the department work.
