Phone screen call, the recruiter was sweet, kind and straightforward. The interview went well except when she asked me if i 'll need VISA Sponsorship in future, I said yes and then she straightforwardly mentioned that they don't sponsor and only hiring citiznes, permanent residents.

Question 1
As part of the final stage, I was asked to complete a presentation focused on a retail organisation. The task involved analyzing the company’s strategic objectives, identifying key decision-makers to target, crafting a tailored outbound message, outlining a follow-up plan in case of no response, and concluding with a brief introduction about myself and why I would be a strong fit for the role.

HR emailed for a screening call 2 weeks in advance. Upon booking a time slot, the HR cancelled the interview call 3 days before and didn’t even bother dropping an email to explain why or ask to reschedule. There are other firms who pay more competitively and HR just wrote the compensation package in the initial email without any room for discussion or explanation.
