I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fossil Group (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2021
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who briefed me on the position and sent over the description plus additional information on what would make a candidate successful in the role. I was scheduled for a first interview with a VP. The interviewer was articulate, thoughtful and clear. What they were looking for did not align with what was written in the job description. This division is currently a small part of the company and it seems like they are looking for someone to do what would normally be done by multiple roles/people in other companies. I declined to move further in the process.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Fossil Group (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
not formal and more random questions. this was causing more confusion and the position was not explained completely. The questions were also rushed and not started with a flow. The whole interview was rushed in a hurry and then they didnt tell about the company more importantly on what they do
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fossil Group (London, England) in Aug 2013
Interview
It was a three stage process, whereby I met my line manager, presented on a specified topic and met the MD. The interviews were well structured, I felt really welcome and at ease to answer quesitons. The process was quick and communication was great.
