During my interview process with Frontier, I had a very disappointing experience.
On the first attempt, the recruiter scheduled a call with me at 9:00 AM. I was waiting, but nobody reached out at that time. I sent a follow-up email and received no reply until much later in the day.
The recruiter then arranged a call with a manager. I joined the call at the scheduled time, but nobody else showed up. I waited for 30 minutes and sent another email to the recruiter, but again there was no response.
This lack of communication and professionalism left me with a very negative impression of the company’s hiring process.
