I applied online. I interviewed at Future Electronics (Reading, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview was relatively straightforward, with no unexpected twists or overly complex questions. It followed a typical structure, covering standard interview topics such as my background, experience, and motivations for applying. The interviewer was friendly, engaging, and conversational, which helped create a comfortable atmosphere. Rather than feeling like a formal interrogation, it felt more like a discussion, making it easier to express my thoughts clearly
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
tell me about yourself, what are your 3 best qualities, are you advanced in Excel (no technical questions just a simple yes or no)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Future Electronics (Egham, England) in Jan 2021
Interview
Had a phone interview, she was very serious and hard to read, had a second interview with two people, they were very rude and nasty, asked horrendous questions and massively dug into me for an entire hour. I felt that I was in a bully circle, they weren't interested in answering my questions, I guess because they had already made their mind up about hiring me. I receive very nasty and unfair feedback, a lot of it was completely untrue and twisted. I'm REALLY glad they didn't offer me this job, it's definitely not a place I want to work after learning about them. It seems to be a very micromanaged and demanding role.
