Honestly really easy, but I was already an established employee. Things moved really fast and training was only good because my current manager ensured I was prepared. If you think you want to become a manager I would throw your hat in the ring.

2% for Auto Delivery
If these metrics are not met at the same time, they state they can use them against you to hinder your movement within the company even if you are serving ALL your customers, being punctual, clean, and proffesional.

Easy, just asked basic questions about background, interests, salary, etc. We met at the location I applied to work in. The District Manager performed the 1 on 1 questions, then I talked to the Area Manager over the phone.
