started with a phone interview with recruiter than a zoom meeting with manager. Was asked by hiring manager if I had any prior military or law enforcement experience. Found out this was a requirement for the job but they never put that in the job description and the recruiter did not now either. Either way interview stopped right there. Pretty standard interview other than that

Question 1
Do you have any Military or law enforcement experience?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at GardaWorld (Nashville, TN) in Jun 2022
Interview
Waste of time. They had already filled the position but chose not to notify me prior to the interview. I was offered basic guard jobs that paid substantially less then the position I applied for. I would also need to apply and pay for my own guard license and purchase a specific handgun out of pocket. Wait times are at least 6 weeks for the license and I would not be working until then. The pay would be 18/hour armed and less for unarmed.

Question 1
basic background qualifications questions were the only thing asked.
It was tedious. You go through series of tests. You have to pass current test before you can be invited for the next one. Quite a few people taking the tests so the competition is high.
