There was one phone interview then two in person interviews. Offer came through email about a week after final interview at their Green Hills office. Very formal and was able to meet with direct coworkers during final round.

They want to know your personal connection to the scouts and if you were willing to follow their "blackout dates" (no vacation in the summer)

In person interview was very casual. Two - Three staff members interview candidate for approximately an hour. It was loosely structured with some questions, and some casual conversation to make sure you are capable of small talk.

Interview
Interviewed with a panel of three women. Felt very comfortable and inviting. Easy to talk to. They asked about ten questions, but we also had a free flowing conversation. Interview lasted about an hour and fifteen minutes.
