Interview
Following an online technical assessment, medium-sized group zoom interview with one interviewer asking questions to around 10 candidates. More of a personality gauge than a technical interview, though a few experience-based questions about past tutoring were asked.

Describe your academic background and a previous tutoring experience.
Math test and group interview call. The math test was quite challenging and the interviewer interviewed each person one by one after a brief introduction. Questions linking to previous experience and education as the main focus.
You have to send a video in which you try to explain a Math topic. If you are selected you have to perform an online test of 20/30 minutes with 10 questions on calculus topics such as integrals, limits, derivatives, functions. After that is mandatory to participate to a kickoff meeting
A group interview (10+ people) with one or two questions on your method of teaching and ways to interact with tutees. The interview was no stress at all, just be yourself.
