I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Government of Canada (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2011
Interview
There were 3 rounds of interviews. The process involved writing an English comprehension test and a situation judgement test. This then led to round one of interviews to be placed in a candidate pool. The second round of interviews involved providing a writing sample, standard behavioural interview questions, and finance situation questions. There were a panel of three interviewers for the first round and two interviewers during the second round.
