HCLTech Analyst interview questions

First - aptitude assessment After clearing got a mail for technical round where asked about final year project, ece basics and some from resume. Final hr interview told to rate my communication skills. Okay with rotational shift and ready to relocate strength weakness basics that's it.

Basic Questions were asked about a few protocols. They asked scenario based questions after that, about how would I handle an escalation, immediate steps during outage/site down etc. Apart from that, basics of ITIL and soft skills.
