The hiring manager was friendly and clear about the next steps. She said I’d hear back the next day, but nothing came. Not even a short follow-up. I didn’t bother chasing them down because I’m honestly tired of being ghosted after interviews. It shouldn’t be hard to send a yes or no. If companies expect professionalism from candidates, the same should apply in return.
