There was an email setting up an interview 2 weeks after my application. I got a call the next day saying I got the offer. Then waited a week to get my official offer.

Mostly on my experience based on my CV. A bit personality question like what is your role in a project.
Generic interview process. For example, they asked the usual job interview questions.... tell me about yourself, why should we hire you, asked questions about my resume and experience. If you prepared generic interview questions, you should be fine.
