Hays interview questions

3 interviews, One with Talent Acquisition regarding experience and motivations to apply to the role. Also went over salary expectations and gave an overview of the role and reason for hiring. One CBI with Line Manager, four questions asked within an hour. And final interview was a panel interview with the Line Manager and another senior SME that covered CBI questions and a brief presentation with a Q&A.

The first interview was conducted over the phone, followed by a second interview in person at the company’s office. Throughout the recruitment process, the interviewers were professional, welcoming, and provided clear information about the role and the company culture. The in-person interview was well organised and gave me a better understanding of the team environment and day-to-day responsibilities. Overall, it was a positive and enjoyable experience, and I appreciated the opportunity to meet the team and learn more about the organisation. However, after careful consideration, I ultimately decided not to accept the job offer as it was not the right fit for my long-term career goals.
