I applied for the job online, I was then invited to a 1-1 interview with the hiring manager at the local job centre as the store was yet to open. The process took about 2 weeks.

Very laid back conversation. I got there, told someone I had an interview and they told me to wait and I’ll be called in the back. She took me into the back and we had the interview, it lasted just over half an hour.
