Application
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Homewood Health (Montreal, QC) in May 2014
Interview
After application received an email to set up a phone interview. Phone interview takes about 20-30 minutes, after I was invited to an assessment day which involved a group portion, a written test and an individual interview. Group portion involved explaining the job, they asked people in groups of 2-3 to to talk to each other after which they asked each person to describe another person and why they would be good for the job. Following this there was another group task which involved ranking job activities in order of importance and giving the percentage of time you think is spent daily on this task. One member of each group summarized the results. After this there was an examination of some psychology terms. An individual interview was then completed with some role playing, the interviewer gives 3 scenarios and you must pretend you work there. FOllowed by a few standard behaviourally based interview questions.
