It's usually an in-person interview with a manager of some sort. It's mainly comprised of behavioural questions and situational questions relating to sales or how you handle a situation. From there, there was only one interview until the manager gets back to you.

Very polite, was asked frequently asked questions for retail/sales associate services. Was puntual and very kind. We talked about my resume and the fact that I’ve recently arrived to the country and found myself in a very supportive environment.

Interview
Was walked into an office during a job fair where I sat directly across the interviewer, who was the store owner. I introduced myself, was asked two questions and told I could hear back for a second interview at the end of the week.
