Interview
The application process starts through Smart Recruiters online. Soon as you send your application and answer some questions, you will be able to see your progress start when you get the e-mail notice that your application is being viewed. From then on, one of the HR execs will contact you for a phone interview and then hopefully to a face to face with the local office.

Interview
2 rounds. First is with the HR and then you get invited for a personal interview. It’s quite basic- they ask you to introduce yourself, present your work and where would you like to be in the next 5 years.
