I was first contacted by phone, had phone interview with the recruiter, three weeks later I was called again and was scheduled for a inperson interview. I had inperson interview with four of the senior engineers in the department I applied for. I got a call three weeks later that I didn't get accepted.

meet in office for about 15 minutes and generally easy to answer. the manager is not really caring too much on these in my understanding, so no worry too much. It will be ok if they like to see you.

scanning and two interviews, asked about my experience and it was good. Was friendly and approachable. However, i had another interview in another office and was not at the same level of quality.
