It is a simple two-stage process: first, you'll be asked to answer five recorded questions. You'll have 15 seconds to read the question and up to 2 minutes to answer. Then, you'll move on to the interview with the hiring manager. The whole process takes 2 weeks.

The recruitment team were really good at communicating with me via email and were punctual in getting back to me. They were very friendly and I highly recommend this role for any freshers in Swansea.

First quick call with recruiter to check job requirements, pre-recorded interview via HireVue, once I passed I had a final interview with 2 managers, one hour long. The entire process took two weeks.
