I applied online. I interviewed at Info-Tech Research Group (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2014
Interview
They sold me the job, they did not ask about my previous experience. They did most of the talking. I asked if I would be advising and helping customers with project executions, providing advise and solving technical problems, they said yes yes! exactly. I asked how engaged were customers using the company products and they said very engaged, you will be very busy helping them. I was told my time distribution would be 75% adding value to existing customers and 25% hunting for more opportunities. They did not present the position as a telemarketing position. I was mislead.
