I applied in-person. I interviewed at Interstate Batteries (Miami, FL) in Jan 2017
Interview
Some Interstates post the job online, some references and they also accept walk-ins. Once you get the call or email you want to walk in with a shirt and tie. Based on your knowledge of management is always a plus but most likely you will be given a chance to prove yourself by a trial day. That is when the company will see how you control the environment around you as well as others. An above average manager will quickly improve company sales, increase productivity and give ideas that will grow customer relationships.
