Interview
Initial recruiter interview, manager in detail managing style interview. Had to prepare a case study presentation and then present it to an interview panel. Then proceeded with a loop of interviews for the panel about specific technical and management style interviews. It was a waste of time, the hiring manager blurted out they had hired somebody for this role one day before of my interview. This company is borderline psychotic/sociopathic in asking to invest all this personal time when the hiring manager had 0 investment or interest in hiring me. Don't waste your time with this dinosaur company.

Question 1
Ridiculous vague answers on how you attack problems and what will you do in certain situations. There was no way to answer as clearly the interviewers are inexperienced and just bad interviewing style. Seems they are hoping you answer magically the way they work or how they are thinking without giving the interviewee any guidance. It's completely luck of the draw if there is a match or not.

Interview
First interview was very smooth and organized. Second interview was schedule in hurry. Everything was positive till end and suddenly changed to no without specific reason. On pressing got response not enough management experience. Which was clearly visible from the resume. I had very negative impression of this process.
