Process starts with a one way interview. When you pass that round, you get to interview an engineer and an architect. Interviewers were unprofessional and did not have their camera on. One of the interviewer's phone went off in the middle of my response and messed me up.

Efficient and easy. I felt little pressure and only the extensive submissions came after the initial phases. No unnecessary time wasted when in many cases you are not fit for the role.

Interview
Pleasant interview consisting of a 2 interviewers, both were chartered engineers and gave great feedback to questions. Basically 4 competency based questions, a review of my CV and some questions on my Thesis.
