Juul Labs Software Engineering interview questions

I applied online, was contacted to have an initial HR screening that was supposed to be around 30 min. We had a great conversation and within 15 minutes the HR said that they would give the ok for me to move to the next round. 2 weeks later I receive an email saying they decided not to proceed with my candidacy. No other explanations, I've never had an experience where it took over 2 weeks to get an update after an HR call. Messy and disappointing.
