KIPP Schools interview questions

Resume, Letter, 3-4 Long Essay Questions Notified after 2 weeks they are interviewing internally then going to the pool of applicants, it will be another 3/4 weeks before you are told if you are being interviewed. Waste of our time. Interview the internal candidates first, then advertise for the positions...we did all this work and you never mentioned you were going internally first and then hiring externally. Be respectful

Very quick to reply, single round interview. Asked a mix of behavioral and technical. Had a very nice interviewer and they became very clear on the companies goals and what they are looking for.
