Kaplan Student Advisor interview questions

First a written case study - respond to the customer as a Kaplan's employee. Second mock phone call with one of Kaplan's senior employees who pretend to be a student calling to inquire about one of the preparation courses.

It was quick and got the job within a week. The currently updated the process so it will take longer to get hired. Mine took about a week but now it can take from two to three weeks
