I had two rounds of interviews with KF. Round one was very tough with a lot of hypothetical questions. I thought I failed it but I actually entered round two! Then round two was much easier as they probably had made up their mind by this point that they wanted to hire me.

Interview
Pretty standard process: Application -> Tests -> Hirevue -> Video Interview.
The Video Interview itself was great, the interviewers were personable and the questions ranged from standard behavioural questions ("Why Knight Frank?") to some more situational questions.
2 rounds of interviews after 1 recruiter interview. The first interview was a presentation and task, and the interviewers told me a lot more about the business. Second interview was a panel and each took turn to ask questions and we had discussions around different talking points. Felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time
