I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kyndryl (Chennai) in Oct 2025
Interview
it had 3 rounds
first was online assessment - they simply ask general grammar, vocab, sentence pattern related questions (simple english)
next was gd round - general topic was given and everyone was asked to speak individual (can be described as group interview rather than gd)
lastly, tech + hr - very easy and simple questions were asked related to programming
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kyndryl (Bangalore Rural) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process was easy and smooth, mainly focused on basic technical concepts, communication skills, and problem-solving ability. With proper preparation of fundamentals and confidence, it was manageable and comfortable overall.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kyndryl (Bengaluru) in Jan 2026
Interview
The hiring process had multiple rounds and took place in stages:
AON Assessment (Online Test)
A 10-minute assessment consisting of:
Fluency – 4 minutes
Vocabulary – 4 minutes
Spelling – 2 minutes
There were unlimited questions, but they had to be completed within the given time. There was negative marking for wrong answers, so skipping unknown questions using the “?” option was advised. Speed and accuracy were important.
Group Discussion (GD)
Around 20–30 candidates were in one batch. A topic related to current technology was given. Each candidate got only one chance to speak.
After the discussion, candidates were asked about the programming language they rated themselves highest in.
Shortlisted candidates were then given a coding test with two questions:
File operations
Finding the maximum element in an array
Technical Interview (In-Office)
Selected candidates were invited to the office for a technical round:
Self-introduction
Basic questions on cloud computing
Detailed discussion about projects done
HR Round
General HR questions related to background, expectations, and role fit.
Unfortunately, I was not selected after the final round.
