Interview
First i got email from HR for phone screening.HR was really nice and made me feel comfy before the interview. But negative thing is that she asked technical questions and i could not speak with developer. She was typing answers in the computer. I felt that it was not fair for her and for me. Talking to developer and answering developer would have been fair
