I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Montreal, QC) in Jul 2022
Interview
Very professional and competent people. They are well prepared and the interviews are well scheduled. A great initial introduction to clearly explain the steps of the hiring process and we never feel lost. Employees are also involved in this process which is great. You can provide your availability directly via the web UI which is very convenient. I have been notified about what to expect for the next interview. Just the hiring process gives trust in the company.

Interview
Professional interview process thought I did well. Got to second interview. However there "no thank you" response wasn't very clear as to why. That pretty standard I just wish it wasn't
