This is for Project Engineer in Electronic Engineering Services. Interview is usually conducted with Project Manager(s) (Hiring), and the Business Manager. The Business Manager is technically very strong, particularly in the field of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics. The project managers expertise are more on execution/ implementation of projects. Could be quite a long drawn out process, 1-1/2 hour is typical. Fresh or recent graduates preferred.

There will be questions on heat transfer and also common thermodynamic phenomenons. You will also be judged based on your inter-personal skills, and problem solving skills, as the job does require a lot of interaction with customers.

The process can be extensive with several steps and panel interviews. Linde is a large organization, and it make take a while before can more to the following steps. However, the interviews are professional and well presented by the attendees

I attended a pool drive . The interview has 4 steps , technical Test , Gd , Technical interview and Hr interview . I cleared three steps but unfortunately can't clear the HR interview. Somehow they didnot like me . I still cannot forget that failure.

Technical questions were easy , current topics asked for GD , Technical interview was also easy , you have to only know the basics of your subjects. HR interview were only conversations . Be prepared with your project , it is really important.
