Interview
Simple, 1 step interview process. Behavior questions only. Very basic discussion about tech stack and previous projects/internship experience. All questions are expected to be answered in the standard STAR format.

Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult problem with your coworkers.
My interview was strictly behavioral and was done by the senior manager of my team. They honestly didn’t ask anything super technical just the usual follow ups on the contents of my resume. It was honestly pretty easy all things considered.

Describe a time you learned a fundamental skill and then in a project applied it in a more complex way
The interview process was very professional and easy to navigate to. It was done via Skype and you will likely be speaking to a hiring manager. The questions were more logical and a background of there systems was given.

The interview was very laid back. They explained what I would work on as a Systems Engineer. It was more of a discussion than an interview. It seemed like the manager was trying to sell me the job.
