Contacted for a first interview after completing the first interview waited 2 days before getting scheduled for a second interview. Second interview involved 3 interviewers. Interviews take in between 30 to 45 minutes- fine through Microsoft teams

Interview
There were 2 interviews. First one was a virtual behavioral interview with HR, then second one was in person interview with managers and mainly clinical scenarios. Each interview took 30 to 40 minutes long. Interviewers were friendly.

For behavioral questions with HR
Tell me about a time you had to float to another unit, what did you do, tell me about a time you provided exemplary service, tell me about a time you had multiple urgent tasks at once, a time you advocated for a patient, a time you had to work with people with different opinions/personalites
For scenario based questions study about sepsis, PE, stroke, shock, how to deal with patients with agitation, assessment and anticipated management for above cases.

1 interview with HR, behavioural questions . HR will tell if they like to proceed with 2nd interview. This is interview with managers about clinical scenarios.
