Lumentum Operations Manager interview questions

Applied online was within 24 hours received a request for a phone interview. That was about the only positive. Interviewer was later to call yet ended the interview at the scheduled end time. The questions they asked were basic, tell me about, please share. No engagement type questions, got the impression the interviewer was doing something else, very distracted. Very little detail shared about the role. What was shared was the negative aspects of of the company but what they are doing to correct, which was surprising. The interviewer promised to get back to me in a few days, we are in week 2 after the phone interview and no response, despite an email to the interviewer. Same experience as noted by several other candidates.
