A recruiter has contacted me on LinkedIn; first interview was with said recruiter; afterwards submission of CV required; second interview with hiring manager; Personality and IQ test was required and had to be done, but was not topic during the interview.

Question 1
What is your motivation? What do you think is most difficult for you in the beginning? How can you bring in your strenghts?
Questions were okay. First interview is with HR, the second with the hiring manager. It felt very balanced and fair, quick response and feedback on the questions. I would recommend the process. It felt natural, not technical but rather to know you as a person which I liked.
