Phone call from campus recruiter to set up an MS Teams interview with two senior engineers. Scheduling was flexible and the two engineers did not ask any technical questions. I was applying with 20 months of previous co-op experience.

What should the relationship between an engineer and technician look like?
A basic interview consisting of behavioral questions and then simple technical questions like a picture of a NPN/PNP transistor symbol and asked to define which transistor it is. Additionally questions about experience and activities on resume were critiqued.

Received phone call from recruiter asking about availability and relocation. Then we scheduled an interview (only 1). Interview was simply basic questions about my resume and 2 basic behavioural questions.
