Quick and easy, it took under 10 minutes, and was called the next day with a job offer, that I accepted, and started working the next week. Was on-boarded quick and easy.

One sit down interview with the head chief. Not too stressful, asked basic questions regarding experience and ability to handle high pressure environments. Head chief was serious but liked to sprinkle in some jokes. Be respectful and not too serious and you will be fine.
