I had 3 interviews in total with Managers from different teams as the project is a joint project. Overall it was a great interview experience. The managers are like-minded and detailed in asking questions.

Good interview process in my eyes. Everyone was very friendly and the questions were simple. Tell me about youself, experience as a PM, how do you handle challenges, tell me about a time you had a difficult team member etc

3 rounds with various levels - Director, VP level. The interviews and interview timeline was spread across three months with an update after five months. Not really an ideal interview process.

It was a competency skills based interview with various questions, asking for providing examples. Questions were focused on sharing examples to showcase key achievements and some technical skills. Experience was overall good.
