Interview
I had a pre-screening phone interview for 15 minutes and then was invited to an in-person interview that lasted 1 hour. The pre-screen asked very basic questions: what do you know about MaRS? why did you apply for this job? etc. The in-person interview with the Manager and HR partner was more in-depth, and I was allotted 15 minutes of the time to ask my own questions.
